The Cog factory is permissionless, which means you can deploy any combination of pairs you want, for whatever assets you want. This allows the creation of markets for exotic assets such as $PEPE or $SHIB, giving you the opportunity to both long and short these assets through looped positions

This also means that you can configure which oracle you want the pair to use, and its risk parameters, giving you full customization.
